AWS CloudLens:

CloudLens is 1375’s proprietary cloud assessment solution, built in collaboration with AWS best practices. This consulting-led engagement helps customers evaluate the technical feasibility and financial viability of migrating workloads to AWS. By combining AWS-native tooling (such as Migration Evaluator) with 1375’s licensing and cost modelling expertise, CloudLens produces a compelling business case that de-risks cloud transformation and accelerates AWS adoption. 

Scope of Work:

  • Included Activities: 

  • Kickoff and stakeholder alignment session 

  • Deployment of AWS Migration Evaluator tooling 

  • Licensing data ingestion and entitlement review (e.g., SQL, Windows, BYOL) 

  • TCO modelling and cost transformation projections 

  • Recommendations aligned with AWS MAP 

  • Delivery of business case, executive summary, and optional AWS co-sell planning 

  • Excluded (but optionally scoped in): 

  • Post-migration support 

  • Cloud landing zone deployment 

  • Workload modernisation strategy 

Project Objectives:

  • Determine suitability of workloads for AWS migration 

  • Collect and analyse infrastructure and licensing data 

  • Model total cost of ownership (TCO) and savings scenarios 

  • Deliver a business case that supports executive decision-making 

  • Prepare customer for AWS MAP or next-stage mobilisation
